Durham University Counselling service
Anyone can experience thoughts and feelings that are distressing or affect their ability to concentrate on their studies and work. Examples of this may include academic worries, anxiety, depression, bereavement, issues of sexuality or family problems, but this is by no means an exhaustive list. Sometimes there isn't a specific problem, but you may want to talk about feeling confused or unhappy. You don't have to be in a crisis or overwhelmed by your feelings to ask for help. The counsellors are happy to hear about anything that may be troubling you.
If you would like to make an appointment you can email email@example.com or call 0191 334 2200. If you have an appointment and are unsure of the way to the counselling service or would like company, feel free to contact one of our Welfare Officers or Senior Welfare Reps who will be happy to show you the way :)
